Your problem is discussed fairly regularly on these forums. Please see this recent discussion from a few days ago: viewtopic.php?p=363480#p363480 You might want to look at the link I posted there to an extensive discussion of the issue on the PaintShop Pro forum. The problem is the same, as are the possible solutions.
In the meantime, though, to prevent confusion, I am going to lock this thread. You can continue discussion in the above thread if you wish.
