Help with video masks please

Hey I'm new to Corel Videostudio and I'm editing a video using video masks where I want to have 4 versions of myself in one video. Obviously the 1st version of myself is automatic, and somehow (I have no idea how) I managed to get the 2nd version in perfectly, but now I am up to the third and it just vanishes from the project after the first frame. Help please??

I'm a uni student so my only film equipment was my iphone 7. They were all shot close enough to same framing (one was off but i'm savvy enough to correct that). what else did you want to know?

You know that VS is a visualization tool and not a poetry writing tool.
so how about a screen shot for a start???

Here is a screenshot of my project atm. the two outside versions of me SEEM to work fine, however the one in the middle is having issues. (I know there's some lineup issues atm however thats not a problem for me for now, I'll fix that when I need to)

OK, video masks has internal bug since it's introduction in X8. ~4 years ago.
It works only from frame #1 so if you trim your clip's head you lose the mask
In order to fix that you must export your trimmed clip as a new file and use that.
A side note to your whole project, VS do not like Iphone variable fps clips, so even if you do not have other problems now they can show up later.
