VideoStudio 2018 SP4 will not install completely.
VideoStudio 2018 64 SP4 will not install completely. It never finishes.

You do not give much info on what is happening or how far you get.
Ok
If you go to Help check for updates it should indicate that updates are available
Selecting yes / ok will start the process by downloading the file, running in the background has little indication of what is happening.
Be patient it can take a while to download the file.
I usually see a message that I can continue editing and will be prompted to install when it is ready.
The downloaded file is saved here:-
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Corel\VideoStudio2018
When complete the version seen from Help About should show as 21.4.0.165
If you do not see that version, manually run the VS2018_SP4.exe from
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Corel\VideoStudio2018
