Slow to Load

I am finding that it takes many seconds for a page to load, especially at startup. Sometimes it's normal, but most of the time too slow.
Also, other pages can be slow. Anytime I load VS, it's slow.

Loading what pages? There is no information on what you are doing.
If loading is normal at times and "slow" at other times that means that something in your system is slowing down the process

Start up and subject matter. No other sites exhibit this behavior. I just clicked on videostudio (upper left corner) and slowwwwwwww!!
Submit is none too quick either.

Yes the forum website is very slow at the moment. It has also been slow over the last couple of weeks. Like you I have no such slowdowns with other websites.

Your original post was not clear if you were referring to the Corel program or the forum website.

FWIW the Board is very slow at the moment in New Zealand too. It wasn't earlier this morning but, like with you, it's now taking ages to open a new page or post a message. Unfortunately, there's little I can do about it as the servers are in Taiwan and it's the weekend. I'll send a message asking them to look at what might be causing the slowdown, but realistically, given time zones etc and the weekend, they are not going to get it for another 24 hours or more.

And it's not always a problem with the servers. Two or three weeks ago users in Europe and IIRC North America were experiencing a very slow Board, but in Australia and here in New Zealand, the Board was as fast as it usually is. So that tended to indicate there was some other problem e.g. congestion on intercontinental cables?

I sent the message, but don't expect anyone at the other end has read it yet. But 10 or so hours later, I find that the Board is back to reasonable speeds again...

Still getting very slow load times, has been taking up to 4 minutes for the forum to load
