2019 update Yesterday
PSP updated yesterday and now I am having tons of issues. It wont open images, inside the program or not. Won't open from organizer. Only work around is a restart. Anyone know what the solution is? thanks Debbie

Re: 2019 update Yesterday
Hello Debbie.
Isn't it weird? Some update without a problem and some have tons of them afterwards.
For me this was one of the smoothest updates in many years.
I didn't even backup my workplace file as an experiment.
Corel claims it recognises your settings, so I wondered if it would after an update.
It did. I did save a workspace file after I made my personal adjustments and it took it from there.
So happy allround here.
Unfortunately all you can do is start from scratch. Remove 2019 with the clean-up tool provided here and reinstall. If 2019 was working find before the update, don't fix if it aint broke.
Another issue that has been going on with previous versions, and maybe with 2019 too: updates can go wrong if you update from within PSP.
If you download the update from the Corel update page > https://www.paintshoppro.com/nl/support/updates/ and install from the saved file, there seem to be less problems.

You could try resetting it by holding down shift as you launch the app.
