I'm running version 21.1.0.22 and this snap back to center problem is NOT fixed.

When in crop mode, there is a button at the top called "Center Pivot". This causes the same effect, where the image jumps to the center. It appears when you try to adjust the crop line in zoom mode, it's automatically "Center Pivot". There's no way to disable this.

Just went back to X9. Figure if they didn't fix this problem in 2018 and now 2019, it probably won't get fixed until 2020... maybe? Great job Corel, you got people downgrading instead of upgrading!!!
