Method to level horizon?

Is there a way to level the horizon in a video? I know how to do it in photos with several different software, but I don't find a way to do that in a video. I am on Video Studio Ultimate X10.

Hi
You could try using Customise Motion
Right click your clip for options
Set rotation Z
Set Size to 100 to start with, may need to zoom in a little to get rid of border
Right click the first keyframe for Copy and Paste to all, will set same to last keyframe
