I was wondering if any else is having this issue and if so did you have a solution ?
It really isn't critical, (My point being that if offered it shouldn't be a problem) however there is a pattern that would work nicely on a project I'm working on. I think it may be an installation routine issue as I installed the Free Brush Pack with no issues.
I did not attach the captures mentioned below, as they are pretty straightforward screen caps. (They requested them)
We all know how inconsistent the install routines can be from Corel.
This is the e-mail sent to support:
I am trying to download and install the Free Pattern Pack available on the Whats New tab in PSP 2019 (See Capture1)
It downloads and shows it installing the pack (See Capture 2 and 3)
When I check the Materials Palette and click on Textures – the new textures as shown in the Content Guide 2019 are not there. (See Capture Content Guide Page)
There is no error message.
I tried the same procedure for the Free Tubes available on the same tab and they downloaded and installed OK.
Thank you

Regarding your concern, I would suggest you delete temporary files. Removing temporary files can save space on your hard drive and in some cases even stop apps behaving erratically.
Follow this steps to safely remove temporary files from your system. Removing these files triggers the applications to build a new file when it’s next launched. Temporary files get larger over time and can become corrupt causing system issues, forcing these files to be rebuilt can result in better system performance.
Kindly follow these steps provided below:
*Delete Temp files.
1. Hold down the Windows and 'R' keys on your keyboard.
2. Type the word: %temp%
3. Hit enter.
4. Delete the items in the Temp folder.
Skip all files that cannot be deleted (there will usually be about 3 to 5 temp files in use by windows at any given time which cannot be deleted)
Close out of the temp directory
If the issue still persists, I would advise you reset your product to it's default settings. Corrupt workspaces may lead to problems with the stability and/or operability of the application and in some circumstances can prevent the application from launching.
How to reset product:
Note : This will erase all modifications including brushes, papers, textures and other customizations. Please be sure that you know your password, as you will be prompted to sign in on application launch.
1. Press Windows key + R.
2. Type regedit and hit enter.
3. Click on the + next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
4. Click on the + next to Software.
5. Right click on the Corel folder and left click on rename. Call the folder CorelOld.
6. Close the registry editor.
7. On your keyboard, press the Windows Key + letter "R" together.
8. In the run prompt, type %appdata%. This will open the "AppData" folder.
9. Within the Application Data folder, right-click the Corel folder then select Rename .
10. Name the folder CorelOld.
11. Close all files and folders on your screen.
12. restart your computer then try to open your software.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions.
