hi,
each time i create a new picture, PSP X2018 use ImageX where X is a number : Image1, then Image2 then Image3...etc.
can i configure the pattern , i'd like image_YYYYMMDD_hhmmss ?

No. PSP does not let you configure the automatic naming of new images.
