PaintShop Pro 2019 Ultimate
Can someone please explain why sometimes in map mode (manage tab) using the pegman will display the ground level view and sometimes it doesn't. Is there a rhyme or reason? I find the ground level view to be a wonderful option but have not figured out why it sometimes works or sometimes not.
