Hi.
I've just downloaded PSP 2019 Ultimate as an upgrade from 2018. The download went ok with no problems, but when I come to open PhotoMirage it gets stuck on the welcome page and I can't get rid of it! The welcome page works fine, Getting started, Tutorials, Upgrade etc. but it won't go away. I can't even use the minimize, or close buttons or File/close programme options. I have to use File Manager to shut it down. I've tried restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling but no joy.
Running Windows 10. No previous version of PhotoMirage was installed.
Any ideas?

Re: PhotoMirage stuck on welcome page after PSP 2019 downloa
OK, problem solved (Partially!)
It was a scaling issue. I set the display to 125% In Windows 10 and the close button becomes visible on the welcome screen. Close it and everything works fine, though not at the display size I like to use for everything else. I suppose I'll have to alter it every time i use PhotoMirage.
I had the same problem with a couple of the dialogue boxes in PSP 2018, Hue/Saturation/Lightness for example.
Not an Earth-shattering problem I know, but they all add up!!!
Thanks,
Pete.

You don't give us any information about the size/resolution of your monitor. But FWIW I have my monitor also set for 125%, but have no problem with PhotoMirage. But my monitor is a 4K one and that might make a difference...
