This worked for me once and I have no idea why. I have 64 and 32 bit versions of psp2019. I have the PC plugin pathway entered in 64, but not 32 bit version. So for the heck of it, I started 32 bit version; as expected, PC doesn't show up as a plugin. I then closed the program.
Opened 64bit and loaded a photo. I could then get the PC plugin to load and work! Multiple times. !! ??? Why? But NOT complaining. BUT THEN...

So a few days later, I cannot load plugin again in 64bit version; get notice that plugin cannot be found or needs to be reinstalled.

Unfortunately still awaiting a response. The problem is still there. 3 or 4 photos with perfectly clear and the access violation.

Has anyone been able to get a resolution on this problem? I loaded PSP 2019 Ultimate in January. I have the same issue as everyone else. Perfectly Clear works for 3 - 5 pictures then I get the error. I am currently going back and forth with support, but no resolution at this time.

Hi dssimmet,
I have been waiting for a considerable time for a solution. I received an email from support saying that the problem had been fixed already and I was to delete Perfectly Clear and reinstall from a link I was sent. Unfortunately having tried it on my PC and my wife's PC, there is no difference so its back to support. Just thought I would let you know.

This is still an issue... Have the plug in force close psp after 3-5 Photos...Support options have already been done prior to contacting them... Responses were generic and standard for most app support that doesnt see it as an issue... Plug in is an issue that still after I would assume over a year... Doesnt work right... Need to fix this...

I live in the mountains and have satelite internet that will not support remote access... So yes please do... And hopefully they can figure it out... Really is useless as a plugin if force closes app during usage...

The biggest changes I can see were between PC 1 and PC 2. The changes for PC 3 (straight and SE) seemed just cosmetic/UI. IIRC from my trial of PSP 2019, the changes to 3.5 were not discernible. What I'm saying is that you should have access to any or all of them from your current PSP installation. Obviously, as someone who has a lot of PSP's, I have access to everything in earlier PSP's. So I can tell you that I have four versions of Perfectly Clear in my Plugins directory: PC, PC SE 2, PC SE 3, PC 3. I got them from earlier versions of PSP, starting with PSPx7.

PC 3 you can download from the Athentech site and use as a plugin. In fact, I'd recommend that as a workaround if Corel & Athentech fail you.

Also not going to pay more to use a plugin that was supposed to be included in this purchase...

I'm with you, but Perfectly Clear 3 is available free from Athentech's website, and PC, PC SE2, PC SE3 came with earlier versions of PSP. So no additional outlays proposed. In any case, what I suggested was a workaround. You should still get what you paid for: Corel and Athentech need to fix this.

I have reached out to the maker of the plugin as well... Since Corel seems to have not been able to fix this issue in over a years time... Maybe the makers of it can actually do something...Extremely annoyed :x :x

Just a quick update... Further testing is to be done, but it appears between contacting Corel and Athentech ... They have sorted the plug-in issue... I will continue to test this newer version and make sure it does not force close the whole app... So finally after over a yrs time... a working plug-in... Cross your fingers,eyes,toes,legs... :P
