Hello i would ask you if Video studio ultimate X10 or newer versions have the capability to create /export to gif format

No Video Studio cannot create Gif files, (Graphics Interchange Format) Video Studio is a video editor not a graphics editor.

I assume that you're trying to create an animated GIF. I think VideoStudio used to be able to do this. Wanted that feature today and found it gone.
