Hanging problem

I seem to have a problem mentioned in the PDF manual but don't understand the answer. Can anyone advise what it means to simple minded person.

Q: After executing the product it hung in the Playback Simulation window. This happened after testing the Remote Control and then pressing Next (step 5 in the PDF manual), the application hung and it couldn't be stopped from the Task Manager window. What should I do to fix it?
A: Please try updating the latest ULCDRDrv.dll which is installed in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\DVD".

how do I do this updating?

If the PictureShow freezes up, make sure you are not running too many applications at the same time. It might eat up all your memory and cause the OS to hang. Run PictureShow on its own and close other softwares running in the background.
