instant projects x10 - sluggish

Hi Guys, I wonder if anyone can help. some of the instant projects are sluggish even before I put anything into them. the majority of them are ok but there's around 6 that are impossible to work with. any ideas ? . i'm using windows 10, 64bit.
the instant project I would like to use is middle, IP-M13. thanks for reading

Running fine here. Whats in it? just 6 images with slight zoom in.

Had a quick look at that project and yes it does appear to be a little sluggish when playing.
It does seem to be the SWF files that are causing this.
There are two different SWF’s used in the top and overlay tracks
I converted those to Mp4, I only needed to convert one of each then replace the 6 in each track.
The project was then much more responsive, especially if I enabled Smart Proxy

I was a little concerned with the SWF using 30fps and my project 25fps would cause a slight stutter with the rotation of those flowers, depends if you notice that or not.
Setting my project to 30fps would avoid that.

I do not know why the SWF clips are slow to playback.
