Rain Drops

Is there any easy way to remove rain drops from this photo ? I know it's a tall order but throw it out to see you masters has any idea or suggestion. Thanks

Thanks for your good work. Did you spend a lot of time to achieve this result ? I tried before but it seems it would take at least 30 min to a hour to get to this acceptable level. Can you explain where you apply Clone brush and where to apply Blemish Tool ?

30 min. I'm working with a Wacom tablet : it is faster than a mouse.

Blemish tool : all drops in the sky and the black area along the bottom.
Clone tool : the rest.
