I find the scroll bars too narrow on recent versions of PSP. (I use X8).
Is there a way of widening them please? I've looked through settings and can't find anything, (but that doesn't mean it isn't there LOL).

No, the ability to change scrollbar size was added in PSP 2018. And I know of no registry setting that can be changed to adjust this.
