Where do I find the video profile settings to accommodate Instagram? Video Guidelines are as follows: According to Sprout Social Instagram landscape video ad is 600 x 315 pixels (minimum).
Recommended video formats include MP4 and MOV. (MOV gives no sound on my iPhone) Max video size for all formats is 4GB. Max video length for all formats is 60 seconds. Video max frames is 30fps for all formats. The proper aspect ratio is 1:91:1 (curious that my 16:9 videos are displaying square and clipping left and right on my iPhone viewed portrait and do not flip orientation) So why is there no setting for this? My Custom button allowed me to make changes but now is grayed out) Is there a setting for this output? Please advise. 600/315=1.91:1 It will be clipped on a Mobil device. Previously I have been using AVS4YOU setting: 1024/768 =1.33 not clipping.

1.33 is 4 - 3 ratio
Mpeg4 has a setting 1280 x 960 that is 4.3 ratio
You can set the Project properties to use those settings.
There are other options for vs to work with 4.3 aspects but mpeg 4 seems the best to use
