Hi Ken

Can you check your desktop for a folder called Graphic Pack.
Or search the C drive for
GraphicPack.exe
Three templates folders Video Template Bundle 1, 2 and 3 I think they are called

First the download process is slow, view the small green progress bar top right of the Welcome Screen (item Downloading)
Do not close the program till this has completed.
Then you should be prompted to install, although this may be a little confusing, the files being Extracted to the folders on the desktop, a lot of template files, each one now needs installing.

I have had issues in downloading these packs but tried now and I have successfully saved the Graphics Pack folder to my desktop.
Do you see those folders?
