VS8 crashing when rendering.... HELP

Dear all

I have edited video of a total fighting show. Rendered first disc and it's OK but tyring to do 2nd disc, it's crashing at 61% on first phase (converting vidoe). Same place every time.

Each fight is a project file. Each project will render OK on it's own. But they wont render together. The total time of (what would be) the 2nd disc it just under 1 hour and the first disc is longer and that's OK. There is plenty of hard disc space.

Can anyone offer me any adivice. I am not too good with computers but can edit OK. Just need help with this problem (and qickly, the promoter is on my case 24/7).

Any CONSTRUCTIVE and simple help would be very gratefully appreciated.
