Pro 2018 saved images

I download many images daily. Is there a way I can set the program by date rather than alphabetically/numerically?
I find that the most recent ones (for some unknown reason) are not necessarily at the top of the thumbnails.
I don´t fancy having to rename each one....
Advice please.

Use the Sort option at the bottom of the Manage screen - see attached.

I probably hid it when I customized "manage". How do I get it back, please?
Right now I only see Show/Hide Navigation, Show Organizer (in Manage mode), Import location info, the zoom slider, and finally Image information.

At the right most corner of the Organizer, on that same bar, is a down arrow. Click on that and a menu will pop up with features to turn on or off. This one is called Sorting.

"Sorting" is now sorted. Thank you for your help.
