Got PSP Ultimate 2019 it wants to charge me for Aftershot?

So I have PSP Ultimate 2019 which I understood comes with Aftershot 3 and Perfectly Clear..... except it wants me to PAY for them?

Am I missing something?

Wants me to pay!!??

And if I click on the Aftershot Pro 3 logo I get this

Am I missing something here - does it not come with it? Or do I need to down load AS3 separately and put an unlock key into it too?

Have searched in forums - both here and AS3 and this doesnt seem to have come up?

When you purchased PSP 2019 it came with Aftershot3 which I gather is not the same as Aftershot Pro 3 but a watered down version of that. I have not looked to see the difference .
You should have received an email with download links and keys for PSP 2019 and also Aftershot 3 but not for Aftershot Pro3.
