More specifics needed. Are you using the 32bit or 64bit version of PSP 2018? Are the plugins creating the problem the same bit version as the bit version of PSP? Once you have both of those criteria the same and can confirm that they match, then if the problem still exists we'll need to know which specific plugins are still causing crashes.
