I've used Flaming Pear plugins with PSP for many years, starting with Super BladePro, then adding paid ones such as Flood, Flexify, etc. I've always been able to contact their support department when necessary, but that's seemingly no longer the case. My problem lies with Flood 2.(The other Flaming Pear plugins work as they should.) I downloaded the free trial, then paid for the upgrade to my existing version. When I attempt to use the plugin now, however, I get a pop-up saying the trial version has expired and requesting my new license number. I supply this information from the confirmation email I received when I paid for the upgrade, along with my original license number as is required. I immediately get another pop-up, thanking me and saying the registration has been accepted and the software will now function. Well . . . it doesn't. As soon as I try to use the plugin again, the routine starts all over. I've tried everything I can think of with no success, including complete re-installation of the plugin, so I turned to Flaming Pear by emailing the support. I've had no response to my original email and a follow-up, and there is no phone number to contact the company (which is in Iceland).
If anyone here can help, I'd be very grateful, and I'll supply any further detail that might be needed!

Re: Flaming Pear support
As there have been no replies to this post — and with no response of any kind from FlamingPear! —I am requesting that this topic be closed. I must sadly conclude that this fine source of software now appears to offer no support for its products.
