Various Corel products not launching since W10 update August

I've had Corel techs on this and still no resolution. One day PSP 2018/2019 were working (also Aftershot), the next neither PSP 2018 or 2019 would even launch, nor would Aftershot, PE6 (new) or Photomirage (also new). There had been a Windows cumulative update around that time so I'm wondering if that's the culprit. But - PE5 does launch and all of them launch on my W10 laptop except Photomirage which crashes at the Welcome screen. Both devices are Lenovos, both up to date with drivers and W10 updates although obviously they differ in significant ways due to the nature of desktop/laptop devices. I'm posting here because PSP is the one I use most (a lot) and I have hundreds of PSP files I can't access. If anyone else has experienced this I'd love to hear - especially if you resolved it. I am not having troubles with those programs.
I am using Win 10 Version 1803 Build 17134.228.

You might try uninstalling, using the clean up tool mentioned in one of the threads near the top.
Then set up another administrator account sign out of the current one and sign in with the other and try installing from that account. If it works from that account you can sign out and back into your normal account and check of it works from there.

Thanks, good to know it might be local. I've done all the uninstalling, reinstalling, and cleanups now several times, but I hadn't tried the secondary account. I'll give that a go so, fingers crossed!

That seems to have done the trick. Enormous faff setting up a secondary account (wish I'd done that before!) but worth it as the three key apps - PSP (18 and 19) and PE6 are working there and also accessible from my primary account. Massive thanks to you :)
