I am attempting to make a new path with the Roto Pen FX in VS2018 Ult .I made the 1st path with a car symbol with no problem. The 2nd path is with the “walking” man.
The car path goes around a sharp right hand bend but then shows as if it is reversing, can I change this at the point of it appearing to reverse ?
Do I understand correctly that there is no way to alter the direction of the man as there is with the car.
When I cllick on Style under the Path tab and choose a new path color or design, it only shows as a solid line after applying it.
The animated man only shows for a fraction of the 2nd path.
Help please

Re: Roto Pen Issue
I'm not sure about what has happened with the walking man for the second path, but having tried it, I can only get all the animated symbols to face one direction. This is to the left.
I guess that it isn't that intelligent.
You could load your own symbol and use an image of the front of a car. This way it wouldn't matter too much which direction that it was meant to travel.

Re: Roto Pen Issue
Not at my pc at the moment.I have downloaded 2 car images same colour and make, both face different directions.I thought I might be able to change images at the point where the direction change takes place. Also thought about using the walking man in a completely new edition of Roto Pen but with the same map so that it follows on from the car route as originally intended and he keeps moving along the entire route.

Hi Ken,
Have you tried Route Generator, it is a bit more intuitive than Roto Pen and it's free
