Hi
since a few days I can no longer customize the transition of NewBlue Sampler Trans. The customization command remains inoperative.
A new VideoSudio 2018 installation did not change anything.
Would you have a solution?

Seems to work ok for me?
First we have to add the transitions to a clip on the timelines, I assume you are doing that?
Can you give details of those clips?

I tried various media. The customer icon does not work. For information it works on VideoStudio X10.
A few weeks ago it was OK.

I was unable to test this earlier, just installed 2018 and yes I see your problem
I cannot use Customise on those transitions, works ok using X10.
I do not have a solution to this problem, you should contact Corel Support to report this issue.
