My Paint Shop Pro is messed up !
It was working fine until the last couple of days. Then all of a sudden the plugins stopped working for some reason. Why I don't know. So I uninstalled PSP and tried to reinstall it. Now the problem is none of the plugins will install. I'm using Windows 10 and my laptop is a 64 bit. I know that some plugins won't run in the 32 bit and some won't run in the 64 bit. I honestly don't know what happened. Even the selections won't load. (like when you're doing a tut and it says Load Selections from Disk etc) They won't load now. I didn't install a new program. And i've recently defragged and cleaned up temp files. I still don't know what it could be. I have PSP X9. Any and all help and suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

OK you will need to do a bit of detective work.
I would load an image in PSP X9 , make a selection and then save it with a distinctive name.
Then see if your saved selection is there.
In my case it is at
C:\Users\Paul\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\Selections
If you cannot find your selection there, then do File> Preferences > File Locations and scroll down to Selections and see where PSP is being directed to load/ save selections to.
Now what do you mean by plugins - there are a number of different plugins and these can be placed in different locations. Again File locations should show where PSP is looking for any plugins.
Some of the many plugins are Nik, KPT, My Filters Unlimited, Perfectly Clear, and these can be located in different places and some need those locations set in File Locations.

Re: My Paint Shop Pro is messed up !
I'd forgotten about setting the file location of where to put plugins and filters. I did try to open an image in PSP. But when I clicked on Effects Plugins and that was empty. No matter what I did I still can't see any plugins or filters. (ie Penta, Dsb Flux, etc) in either the 32 or 64 version. It's getting a bit discouraging now. I still can't believe I did this lol
