I need to return my download of videostudio 2018 ultimate I got a week ago. I am having trouble finding the right place to do the return. On the guarantee I clicked on "online request form." that took me to corel's web site. I clicked support>return a downloaded product. That took me to the cleverbridge web site, where I can find no reference to returns. Can anyone give me a link to do the money back guarantee? Thanks.

It can be a journey, but contact support.
They will give you the information for their dispenser, who will then put in for a refund and send to Corel for authentication/authorization. The money will be back in about a week after that.
Make sure you double check what contact information they give you. Last time, they send me to the wrong payment processor.
And don't let them chat you up. Just be frank and tell them you want a refund... there is no other alternative option.
