questions about "effects"

Post by ejskater16 »

...i own VS8 and used up the trial for ms pro a few months ago, before i new what to look for as to what i wanted to do...

i've used premiere 6.5 and pro 1.5 in school a few times, and i really like being able to use things like the chroma key ... ect... are these types of effects possible on MS pro 7?

how many video/audio tracks are possible to have at once using media studio pro? (i know on premiere it's up to 99, i don't imagine it's more than that, but i know it has to be more thatn VS's 2, right?)

in premiere pro you can take a video clip, make most of it black and white, and selet areas to keep the color in...does anyone have any idea of something like this is possible to pull off in (MSpro7)?

thanks for any kind of answere anyone can give me!

Because Ulead and Adobe are in strong competition you may be shure, that Premiere and Mediastudio Pro will have all the time nearly the same fetures, but with another touch and feel and in others ways to get to the goal.

Chromakey and 99 overlay tracks are included in MSP, the last on i don't know (never used it)

cool, i've been trying to research it and it looks like ulead is coming out on top over adobe, at least for me, anyway.

i think though, that i'm gonna buy it through this academic deal that my teacher can get me, instead of buying it straight through Ulead....

For how to use Chromakey in MSP, you can check the tutorials in http://www.hiddenphantom.com/Tutorials/tutorials.htm .

You can contact the tutorial writer Nick at nick@hiddenphantom.com or in http://groups.yahoo.com/group/amateurvideoediting/ .

Hope this helps.

No one can accuse you of not searching the forums!!

Looks like Nick has closed his site down, only thing I could find was his site placeholder http://jushhome.com/

You might find some useful links here:

Nobody said that this link does not work, I informed Steve that in the column with the head ¡§MediaStudio¡¨ the link for Tutorials and Tools does not work.

It doesn't work.

Your original link was

when it should have been

That's what Devil was alluding to...
