I have VIDEO STUDIO PRO 2018
I cannot edit any MP4 files.
The program crash in rendering or either freezes while i am editing.
What to do?

First off, can you clarify if your Profile is correct when it says your computer only has 512 MB of RAM? I find that difficult to accept when you say you have an Intel Core i7 CPU... If, however, it is correct, then that could be a problem immediately since VS 2018 would probably have difficulty doing any editing at all with that small amount of RAM.
Where does your mp4 come from? It would be extremely useful if you could right click a clip in the VS 2018 library window or in the timeline and select Properties. Then could you copy all the details here, or else take a screen shot of the Properties box and upload it here as an attachment.
When you insert an mp4 clip in the timeline at the start of a new project, do you get a message asking if you want the Project Properties to match those of the clip?
When rendering, what are you choosing under Share: "Same as Project Properties" or something different?
