What I like is that it migrates all your workspace settings seamlessly. File > Import > Content of previous versions.
It makes such a difference that you don't have to make your own toolbar again or go through the endless menu's to set up your new PSP.
It did not load all of my existing preset shapes or texts. I struggled with this issue on 2018 and I thought 2019 would fix that. Nope. How do I get all my stuff integrated from 2018????
I've moved your post to it's own topic as it made sense to do so.
The answer depends on where your "stuff" is located. If it is in the standard default locations the Import function that Zantara references should work for you. If you have your resources in non standard folders/locations then you would need to use the File - Preferences - File Locations method to point to where you have them stored.
