Pencil Tool - Draw pixel by pixel?

In Photoshop I can use a pencil tool, set its size to 1px, zoom in and draw whatever I want pixel by pixel. The closest thing I can find in PSP is the pen tool but I'm not sure how to set its size to 1px and draw. Is there something similar I can do in PSP?

Is the Size option non visible in the tool options ?

No, I don't see a size option. The Pen tool seems to be focused on drawing lines. The icon turns to an arrow with plus sign. I can't figure out how to just put a pixel here and a pixel there, etc.

The pen tool is the vector pen I believe. You can just use the paint brush tool set to 1 pixel.
