Pavel, VS2019 has so many issues, have you checked the trial ?

VS 2019 has changed nothing for me when it comes to H.265. Still can't see any video, while the same clips play perfectly in other NLEs that I have...

No point at all as 2019 has other issues that are causing problems
I certainly cannot recommend using 2019 until Corel fix these.
