Is it possible to duplicate these color grades from Sony Vegas with any of the tools with Corel VideoStudio Pro and Ultimate?

VS has more than 15 color tools but they all clip based and not track based.

I think the color correction is for correcting the color. I think the new blue, and other plugins are what is needed to create the effects I'm looking for.

NewBlue ColorFast, NewBlue Video Essentials VII, IV and II, and NewBlue Sampler Effects are a start.
