PSP 2019 System Requirements?

I see that the System Requirements say: Intel Core i-series or AMD Phenom II and above

Is that "we recommend these for best performance"? Or "It won't run with less"?

My main PC has an AMD A6-6400K APU with Radeon HD Graphics. AMD's website says it is an A-Series processor. I use a separate graphics card.

I have a dual-boot system that can run either 64-bit or 32-bit Windows 10 (2 completely independent drives, if I need to switch from 64-bit I go into the set up menu when booting.)

I found out the Phenom series is fairly old--2009. So 2019 should work on pretty much any PC with an AMD processor from the past 8 years.

My processor came out in 2013.
