I have tried using the stacking feature in ASP. I have tried it In the mac version and the windows version with no luck. Tech support has been useless so far. Is anyone else able to use this feature? The only command that is not greyed out is the roll/unroll command.

Double-posting won't help you - Aftershot is obviously abandonware (and was abysmal anyway before it was abandoned), and anyone with any sense has moved on from it.
I recommend that you do likewise.
