Optionally (i.e., user-settable), floating Palettes and Toolbars automatically move out of the way when editing. (For convenience, "T/Ps".)

I use two 39-40" TV's as monitors, mainly for photo retouching. When I scroll to magnify an image it often extends to under T/Ps that were off to the side at lower magnification--and then I have to rearrange them because they're on top of the area I need to work on. When I move to a different part--I have to rearrange them again.

There would need to be a way for PSP to know when the user is moving to a position to edit--so move T/Ps--versus moving to a T/P at that position to use the T/P.

I was thinking maybe a toggle hot key--press F10 to tell PSP "don't move T/Ps" or "resume moving". But I have the feeling we would regularly forget to press the toggle. Possibly an auxiliary key that overrides "automatically move" only while it's pressed--the same way holding down the space bar while dragging the cursor changes the function to "scroll image". If the cursor winds up on a T/P while the key is pressed, "automatically move" will be disabled until the user leaves the T/P.

Also, possibly a range setting for how much to move, because that would depend on the user's monitors. Obviously, on a 40" monitor you don't want to move 1-1/2 inch and on a 22" monitor you don't want to move 10 inches.

1. Windows Icon EXPORT

256x256 or 512x512 .ico format export, for use in Background/Desktop Icons (Windows Shortcuts)
Currently, it does not even have the format selectable/available. BMP output is possible but the icon is very small (incorrect size)
Please look at Open Source application The GIMP to see how it handles ICO format (Windows Icon output) as it works very well

2. Input as Layer

Direct OPEN to an image, applying it as a Layer (in one step/function)
Currently, a user must open an image, Copy the image, then go back to the original image, then Paste it in as a Layer (4-5 steps vs 1 step)
Please look at Open Source application The GIMP to see how it handles Open Image As Layer, as it performs this function

Still pleased with PSPro and how it continually improves - keep up the great work!

We already have tools to make custom shapes. Do you have something specific in mind? Tools you're familiar with from other software as an example of something we lack in PSP?

Just said bye bye to Adobe CC because I could not justify the subscription cost as a retiree hobbyist.
I now have a folder full of EPS files from Illustrator that I might be able to open in 2020 with PSP.

Hopefully PSP 2020 will have the ability to open layered EPS files.

Google translate
I want the text tool to be treated once as it deserves. It's slow, the selection is bad, there's no spelling checker, and although the new predefined forms are fine, I want a text tool totally independent of the graphics or photographs, that when I finish my text creation, I do not have to worry about searching again colors, gradients, frames ,,,,, that you had before you started creating the text. And although we can apply all the power of the PSP XIX in the creation of texts, would be preferable a tool that will make your work easier, please, if to put text in a circle up and down and that is decent, I have to create a layer new and turn the circle and also is not aligned, because it gets inside the circle. For asking, that is not left.

I humbly suggest Corel ensure PSP 2020 Color Management Monitor Profile defaults to the "none" option or at the very least "sRGB Color Space Profile.icm" and if required during set up the program guides them through choosing the system monitor option, although for the life of me I cannot understand why you even have that option if it has the potential to distort the colors.

A Create function like this. Yes, I know we can get the same effect in PSP with File>New from Template.
Had PS3, PSP3; Installed: PSP-4.12, 5.03, 6.02, 7.04 (liked it a lot & used it for years), 8.00, XI, x4.3.0.3, x6.2.0.20, x7.4.0.11, x8.3.0.13, x9.2.0.7; now using PSPx10 (PSP 2018; version 20.2.0.1 x64) on Win 10-64 b2004.

When I open PSP today, I would like the Recent Files list on the File menu and the home screen to show the images I had open yesterday, not two days ago.

I have just customized my installation of PSP 2018 by adding "Paste as a New Image" to all the non-Print context menus. We can customize our context menus. How cool is that?

I am looking forward to PSP 2020 -- it has enlargeable text. PSP 2019 has that but it is so bug-ridden and the Cut tool has not been fixed.

If I load the PSP 10 workspace I will keep my customizations but I will not benefit from new features. I know that some folks (maybe me some time) would want to use their old workspaces, but I like the new features -- PSP has grown since the JASC days.

So, what I would like goes beyond loading mere toolbars, but all customizations. I would like the option of loading an older Workspace as-is, along with the option to load the old Workspace augmented with the new features. Then I could save my new Workspace with all the old customizations and the new features together.

Doing the above would save me loads of time. When I went from PSP x9 to PSP x10 (2018) I had to re-create my old toolbar. When I used a trial of PSP 2019, the prospect of re-doing my customizations predisposed me to want to buy it only if the new features were overwhelming. They were not and I did not.

Export and import custom toolbars.

For instance, I have a "Newspapers" toolbar in X9 and a "Book Scan" in 2018. I saved each workspace and was able to import them into 2019. But I can't have both toolbars in the same workspace without manually recreating one.

Return the "Find People" feature (no longer available in PSP 2019). Adding a person manually requires 4 clicks and when your collection has literally tens of thousands of photos the lack of automatic face recognition makes the "People" feature virtually impossible to leverage (if I am missing something or if there is a workaround to activate "find people", please please please let me know how - Thanks!)

A Restart button for PSP.

Otherwise, we have to wait for PSP 2018 64-bit to close, and without a stopwatch that is hard. BTW -- 32-bit PSP seems to be restartable as fast as I can do it.

And have the Recent Files, show the last ones I had open, not the ones from the time before.
