I just received an email about upgrading to PSP 2019 ultimate. I just purchased PSP 2018 ultimate 3 months ago. Is there a time limit where you get the next upgrade for free?

I think it's about 5 minutes. Seriously though, I'm not sure. I've never heard of a free upgrade under normal circumstances.

Contact Corel Support. They will have an official policy. I think. It might be the same as their return policy. If you bought it on sale then there will be no upgrade.
