Split Screen Issue VS 2018
1 I have the IP 4 template overlays in the time line and select the top overlay for #1 placeholder
2 When I try to drag a clip from the library, as soon as I click on the clip to drag it the template goes and so that stops me from dragging into the place holder because the clip shows in the preview window.
Detailed advice please
Ken

Do not drag the clip to the preview screen
Drag the clip to the timeline, over Placeholder 1, also press CTRL key then drop the image.
Yes when using the Split Screen Editor we can drag to the preview but you are working on the main timeline and drag to the timeline. Don’t forget to hold CTRL key to replace the clip.

Re: Split Screen Issue VS 2018
Thank you for your replies gentlemen.Trevor, think my problem was due to the fact that I did not fill all the placeholders before trying to resize them.Gewb, a great easy to follow video well presented.
