Thanks for your recommended software, I'd tried both the the SmartDeblur and the focusmagic. I played with them each for about an hour but the gain is minimal. There are adjustments like length, angle and smoothness and you have to trial and error to get any improvement. Unless the photo is very important to you, in my opinion it is not worth to spend the time and effort to use these software. Thanks

Have a look at SOFTORBITS Easy Photo Unblur. According to the website, "Easy Photo Unblur fixes blurry photos, sharpens misfocused imaged, fixes camera shake and motion blur". All of which you seem to have.

Thanks. But I think the PS Fill Light/Clarity will give better result.
