Hey team,
Been using VideoStudio Ultimate 2018 for a few months. Trying to create a new movie profile and as soon as I click on the Compression tab, the system locks, and then posts the Server Busy system message.
I don't have a clue what process it might be waiting for.
Windows 10, 64 bit - plenty of disk space, Corel Video Studio 21.3.0.141
Never had this problem in V4.
Suggestions welcome.

Unless you give more details, I cannot reproduce your issue.
Give precisely the steps you are doing that leads to the error; the more details the better. If you can, capture the screen and post it here. For example, is there any media on the timeline? What menu item you are invoking? What is selected in the dialog box before clicking the Compression Tab? ...
