Help is not working. F1 and Help buttons on popups.
Trying to figure out how in the heck to make changes to gradients and noticed the “Help” selection is not work on any of the various places you can click on them. F1 the same as is the Help pulldown menu and the Help Topic option. Just get a little flash on the mouse but nothing happens. Really odd.

Have you tried resetting PSP? To do so, hold down the Shift key when you click on the desktop PSP icon to open it. You'll get a msg asking if you want to reset.
Note: you should save any changes to the Workspace you might have made as they will be lost in the reset. You might also want to look at this post for a script which will help you save other changes you might have made: viewtopic.php?p=359284#p359284
