Photomirage deficiencies

Post by pepegota »

After trying out the program, I went on to test others. I found one at half the price and twice the power. It could take overlays and move objects across the screen with fine precision. Text could be added and you can use your own clips in this program. I will not mention this program's name as I am not trying to push one over the other and this is a Corel forum. That is why I removed the program from my computer.

Hi Pepegota,
I consider myself an expert when it comes to 'niche' tools and I have found other comparable tools as well.
However, not one that is half the price and with twice the power.

It's very decent of you not to mention the tool on this board, but maybe you can private message me?

I'm always interested in expanding my tool library ;-)

Cheers

I think some people are not willing to mention other software by name because they get accused of trying to advertise them...

It's a pretty obvious and understandable defense mechanism.

Corel really dropped the ball on this one. And then doubled down make making a sub-version with even less power.

There are two that are less than half the price and five times the features and power.

Hi Pepegota
When sending PM’s they remain in your Outbox until the recipient has opened / viewed the message, it is then removed from your Outbox, that as far as I know is the only way we know the message has been delivered.
We have had some issues with undeliverable PM’s but think that may been inactive e-mail address, quite difficult for use to check that?
We have not seen any problems with your PM.

Hello,
I bought the PSP 2019 Ultimate 64bit package which comes with Photo Mirage Express (and its serial number).
After installing Photo Mirage EP 64bit, I now notice the absence of important buttons!
Missing options/functions which I see in video-tutorials, but not in the software I received from Corel, are:
1. Save (project) . So, I can not save all the movement-arrow placeholders etc for a next time.
2. Save As
3. Customize export settings.
It is a pity that Corel provides cripled software in a commercial package. (I also got a cripled version of PicToPainting).
Friendly regards,
Rges

I was not aware this was a restricted version, can someone please outline the additional features or link to where I can find this information. Also, PictoPainting I would love to add more options on this, is that possible?
