vs 2018
hi everyone, I've downloaded vs 2018, I only have the usual content nothing of the bonus content. i'm not the best at computers so can someone guide me on how to get the extras that come with ultimate. thanks everyone. kevin

Just run what you downloaded, it will download and install all the stuff

Open the location where you saved the downloaded files, you should have the following folders listed
64bit - comprising, Ultimate, Standard Content and Bonus Feature
Common
Standard Content 2
Patch - (which is SP2 updating to version 21.2.0.113)
When you downloaded VS2018 did you select "Download Only" or "Download and Install"
As aljimenez has stated, the program should self install all components, however there are times when that does not happen and it is necessary to manually install them

hi Guys, thanks for your replies. yes it vs 2018 ultimate I have. just in case I didn't click on download and install the first time I unstalled and reinstalled....everything went fine...….checked the templates and still not a lot there. for example I only have one hd template. should there be more? if there can anyone tell me what file I should run to get them loaded ? any help is appreciated. thanks kevin

When you ran the Web Installer, (VideoStudio_Install.exe at 10 Mb), you were asked to insert your serial number, is that correct?
You would eventually be presented with the download options similar to this image.
There will be extras, service pack2 and Common folder and maybe Contents 2.
Do you see at least the three packs, Main Program, Standard Content and Bonus
And does it indicate being (installed)
Bonus Featured are the Ultimate package installing the ProDad stuff,
From the FX library there should be an entry for ProDad, if yes then the ultimate pack has been installed.
You mention “HD Templates”, I assume that is from the Instant Projects library
There is only one HD template ( 065_HD-Projects)
The list for instant projects starts with Split Screen, Beginning, Middle , Ending, Complete, Custom, Instant Projects,
Some other folders will be created when downloading and installing free templates or indeed creating our own.
Try resetting the program by renaming the folder 21.0 to 21.0_old
Starting video studio will recreate that folder.
