Can't remove file/icon in custom media Library

Under some circumstances I could not remove files/icons in my custom media Library/Folder
For example: I did a Time Remapping sequenze -> the sequenze is automaticly insert in my Library.
After I remove the "TimeRemapping01.vsp" file/icon from my custom Library and switch to another folder the files/icon is insert again.

Can anyone reproduce this error?

Sorry no I cannot replicate that issue, when I delete the vsp from the library it remains deleted.
If you press Shift + delete to remove the vsp from the library, you will also be prompted to remove the actual file which is saved to the hard drive here:-
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Corel VideoStudio Pro\21.0\TimeRemapping

Are you sure the TimeRemapping01.vsp is the correct one and not TimeRemapping02.vsp or TimeRemapping03.vsp etc

I did have some problem in using Time Remapping and setting Freeze Frame, would not work, then I was able to apply, try again and cannot apply, hmmm

After Library Manager > Reset Library - everything works as designed.
