Advice Apreciated Please

Hi
I have just purchsed MF4 and I am trying to make a slideshow, the problem is that when it gets to 66% complete the following message come up "The Burner is busy with another application" !! I have uninstalled Nero but the same message comes up. I have the same problem on My Laptop & Desktop.. can anyone please help

Have you installed the latest patch 4.02?

You said you un-installed Nero. Did you un-install the program InCD.
Do you have any other packet-writing installed on the machine.

Install the patch. Don't put the dvd into the recorder until after you have
opened MF.

Thanks for your reply.

I uninstalled nero through Add/Remove programs, I also have PowerDVD 5 installed which I thik is only a DVD Player..

Nero InCD is also a separate program under add/remove programs.
