Title safe area

In my VS 2018, the title safe area is not shown, even in the preferences it is marked to display it.
Any help will be appreciate.

It would appear that Corel believe that the Title Safe Area is no longer relevant as CRT monitors are just about extinct.
They seem to have forgotten to remove that feature from Preferences

So in the current monitors, without the safe area rectangular in VS 2018, how I can be sure that the title does not get cut off at the edges?

Don't place it near the edges

Unfortunately, what asik1 said is basically true, you could try playing around with the Grid Line Options and select a grid size that shows a grid line just above the bottom
