Confused about something. On a clip, you can right-mouse click and select Speed/Timelapse.
In the menu, it states: "If Speed Is Maintained at 100%, Strobe Effect Will Be Produced". This, of course, should interact with the "Frame Frequency" to create the effect.
Well, I don't seem to be able to make any difference, no matter what I set the Frame Frequency to. I'd like to try the strobe effect. Speed change functions correctly, but I cannot seem to get the strobe effect at all. The video, even after rendering, does not "Strobe".
Suggestions?
Thanks.
Edit: In fact, Frame Frequency doesn't seem to have any effect at all, even when attempting to Timelapse.

Re: Timelapse Strobe Effect
Hi
Unfortunately Frame Frequency does not work in the latest versions of Video Studio.
As far as I am aware X7 was the last version to allow Frame Frequency.
It may be best if you report this to Corel Support.
