I use the latest version of Paint Shop Pro (2018) and I have been doing fine/great with it with no problems. I created a simple logo and saved it using the same settings I have done for all previous .pspimages that I have saved and can open perfectly fine. When I try and open this small file of 1.5mb it just loads and does nothing else and stays like this for an hour (I left it for 1 hour and then ended). I have tried multiple times to open it and it does the exact same thing.
When I am inside PSP and open a file and put my cursor on the file, it shows the logo in the preview - so it seems as though it works fine.
I have tried everything I can think of: open it normally in the file open section (ctrl+O), using the same method but no shortcut (File > Open), I have also gone into Windows Explorer to right select and "open with psp 2018", and I have also tried dragging and dropping it from Windows Explorer into PSP.... all methods yield the exact same result: the progress bar stays "blank" and doesn't move at all and then PSP crashes and I have to go to Task Manager to close it.
The file doesn't have anything special inside; it's vector mostly (some being pen tool, some are from text and converted to shape)...
What could I do? I literally don't have any clue.
